Beware that their quotes of price and delivery time are "estimates" so never rely on the quote. They could charge you more at the last minute and if they said 2-3 weeks delivery it could take 2-3 months and as they use the term "estimate" you cannot do anything about that (so they say).
My advise is that avoid this company and save yourselves from a lot of hassle...

delivery time was 3 weeks after planned, my shipment arrived in Barcelona, instead of Malaga (south of Spain) I went through hell dealing with the nasty reps in Barcelona, I had to pay double the amount that I was told on arrival, and whe I contacted Alison Kane several times to claim to be refunded for at least the charges that she did not tell me about, she never answered my messages. Not very good customer service

I had a great experience with them, shipping took 6 weeks, instead of the 10-12 weeks, they originally said. (Minneapolis MN to Paris)
Which was much quicker than I expected.
Quotes are quotes, you will always end up paying more than the quote you originally get. If this is new to you, well...
Everything went smooth, from the time I packed up the boxes, to the delivery.
Which was weird to tell you the truth, cause I never thought it'd be that easy quite frankly!
BTW, I'm not getting paid or anything just so you know, you haters out there, I just want to tell my side of the story. The rep(Lisa Cornell) in London was nice to us, and actually was willing to reschedule a different date for delivery for us.
Personally, I would recommend this company. Cause I gotta look at the facts, I had a GREAT experience with them. I guess I must be lucky or something, and I should buy me some lottery tickets right away!

We shipped from Texas to New Zealand. The $150 quote on NZL port fees was actually $541.66 plus $90 for MAF fees. We had to deliver the boxes ourselves in Texas, pallatize them and shrink wrap them--we weren't told any of this. We were promised 6 weeks shipping time and we got it in 6 weeks. Service was okay--you get what you pay for, but beward of EXTRA fees and be ready to do a lot of the work yourself. HINT: pack anything that might be a bio hazard in the same box and then you only have to pay for one box to be searched.
