We use UltraEX on occasion to ship urgent packages from our factory in Elk Grove. The promised delivery times do not match actual times. Much packages are late.

We are Maximum Express customers, and Ultraex bought the company and its accounts. Seems Ultraex calls itself many names, but only uses Ultraex staff. Service dropped off a little.
