My furniture was supposed to be delieverd through this company. I was told that when it was in the area, they would give me a call to set up a delivery date. No one called. I waited for several weeks. I was finially informed that if I did not set up an appointment with them (at the time, I had no idea who had the furniture), they were going to send my furniture back to the supplier. I called immediately and was told a delivery date and time. I waited all day with my husband, and the furniture never came. I called Todd Transit and was informed that no truck had gone out at all, and I had to reschedule for the following week. This company has been difficult and unprofessional throughout this entire process and I go through great pains in the future to ensure that I never have to deal with them again.
