The service delivered by Doree Bonner in moving my family and I from the UK to the US was horribly substandard. I strongly recommend you NOT use them for your move.
When my household items finally arrived, everything about the delivery was disappointing ... From the moment the delivery truck arrived, it was immediately obvious that the exterior of the boxes themselves appeared badly battered and beaten, through a combination of poor packing initially, and having been carelessly manhandled during shipment.
That was just the first indication of the complete and utter lack of respect that Doree Bonner, and their American partners in the shipment, Contour Logistics, had shown for our personal belongings
At a minimum, that shoddy packing and handling of our effects can be confirmed by the multiple bowls, vases, jugs, glasses, plates, pottery items, crystalware, and chinaware items which were all broken, shattered or badly chipped; and the wide selection of additional items (jewellery box, make-up box, decorative mirror, etc.) which were badly scratched, cut and otherwise marked up.
The value of the broken items alone was in the region of ₤800-1,000, when one takes in to consideration the requirement to replace the set, and not just the individual item … but even more than the financial value of the items, a large number of the broken items were wedding gifts my wife and I placed a much higher value on than their nominal financial worth. What price for the beautiful wedding candle we lit together, now broken in to 4 little pieces?
I would happily continue to describe the terrible service Doree Bonner delivered in greater detail – but I do not wish to take up any more of your valuable time. I can only conclude by heartily recommending that anyone who is in need of a moving service avoid using Doree Bonner at all costs. Their service is awful. Their personnel are unprofessional. They handle your personal goods and belongings with NO respect. And you will greatly regret having fallen for their false promises of a decent level of service.

Doree Bonner helped my mother move to Australia and they couldn't have been nicer. They helped arrange everything here and down under and found every way possible to make it cheaper for her.

I am in the process of dealing with Doree Bonner, and have obviously researched them to get a general opinion of others dealings with them before signing anything, however, although i appreciate Mr Glynn may have had a bad experience, so far, mine couldnt have gone smoother, they have been helpful on so many levels. and over all i've read more positive feedback from people who have used them than negative. However, saying that, i will be leaving my feed back about them once i've used them. :)

I used Doree Bonner to move just over a year ago. They were really helpful and sorted it all out with no hassle at all. It was easy as pie.

Never use Doree Bonner! Nothing but complete incompetence from the very beginning, they showed up 3 hours late to collect our belongings and sent a man who didn’t have the energy to lift our boxes into the van!, I had to do it while he watched. The move from the U.K. to Canada was quoted as 8-10 weeks, it ended up being 20!!!, any contact I attempted to make through e-mail and telephone were either ignored or returned with vague, uncaring remarks!, when our belongings finally arrived many items were broken and boxes were dented and in bad shape , there was no care taken at all. Doree Bonner are not the least bit interested in customer service, and don’t let the cheesy video on their website fool you. Have a company that truly cares move your personal belongings, do not trust Doree Bonner!!!
