They have kept my goods hostage for over a month during my move from NY to LA. The goods arrived damaged and they provided no compensation and didn't return phone calls. Stay away from this company.

This is the worst shipping nightmare I could have ever had. They do not pick up the phone or return my messages. They have kept my goods several weeks beyond the expected date. They do not give any information update and do not have time for talking to the customer. Please do not use this company's services.

Unfortunately I had the opportunity to work in this company. As a customer please get a copy of the insurance before you agree to pay, on the phone the sales rep tells you it covers for damages but the company itself knows that it doesn’t cover anything so if you get damaged goods and want the insurance to pay, this company gives you the run around until you give up. Work conditions are pretty bad;. No overtime is paid when employees work more than 40 hours. Don’t even try to get a job in this company!!!!
