The core activity of chartering department is providing of tonnage on following directions:
- transportation of metal, general cargo, timber and fertilizers from Saint-Petersburg and other ports of Russian Federation to continent ports and ports of east coast United Kingdom;
- transportation of general cargo, fruits and vegetables on pallets from ports of northern Europe to Saint-Petersburg and other ports of Russian Federation.
Chartering department provides the line service between Saint-Petersburg, Immingham, Grimsby, ports of Humber river and Flushing by vessels of the registered shipping line 'Mercury Line'.

Forwarding
Skilled and well-backgrounded staff was engaged for forwarding service, and a lot of shippers and consignees at the port of St. Petersburg, including large Russian manufacturers, like 'Izhstal', 'Mechel', 'Uzhuralnikel', 'Uralelectromed Plant' etc. Entrusted their goods to 'Mercury transport Co' for carriage and forwarding.
