This company is so inept it is unbelievable. They were suppose to deliver a book "same day". It is now 5 days later and they still have not delivered it. I arranged for it to be delivered during a six hour window on one day and with 20 minutes to go during that window, I was told that they "forgot". (There words not mine). The delivery people must lie as well as their tracking tool says that they attempted to deliver the book two times when I was at home. Maybe they couldn't figure out how to press the button?

The is the worst delivery company in the universe! They hire unqualified help for $1.5 per package to deliver your valuable Amazon kindles! Hello, where is the quality and the care. I wish I can give them less than one star here because t hey stink!

Call Amazon and request that they remove Lasership from your choice of carriers and save yourself! They damaged my shipments and last one was left in the rain.
I receive better service from FedEx and UPS because they care and their drivers receive training. Lasership hires criminals and sex offenders to deliver merchandise.
