JSN removals cost me over £100,000 in lost possessions

I was using this company to transport my house contents to the UK. This included a whisky collection; my wife’s singing and recording equipment, all of our winter clothes, our water sports equipment and a complete house with all of our personal items.

The firm was the victim of an arson attack but all of those with items in the warehouse were a victim of JSN’s poor business practice. THEY LIED ABOUT HAVING INSURANCE COVER! Everyone lost everything.

To past and future clients and Mr Nolan, Yes JSN was subject to an Arson attack on their warehouse and as a new company in a new country JSN excepted an insurence quotation for the warehouse.
But unfortunatley the Insurence broker did not complete the policy on our behalf.
There is still a police investigation going on.

In addition to the above testimonials I would like to add my comments. JSN are a very reliable company and do their utmost for their clients. They were absolutely devastated that an arson attack took place destroying clients personal posessions. I was present at the fire and saw the owners of JSN, it was most upsetting It is very obvious that someone had a grudge against the company as they came highly recommended by the people that had used them. Not at any one time have JSN hidden from their clients during this difficult time and are currently still dealing with the situation. Testimonials from the likes of Mr Nolan do not help the situation

JSN helped us from day 1 from cardiff to amargeti in cyprus from the full removal incl packing for less than £3000 a lot less than our other quotes, they even found us a great house to rent and a car which we bought every thing went great we would recomend them to any one & we have they have just moved our freinds to france from cardiff great work guys peter fox

JSN are very unreliable... they broke a number of our items and argued that it was our fault. They are rude and unpleasant - I know a few people who have had bad experiences with this lot - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
