The shipping rates are very good, probably better than most. However, dealing with them is more difficult than it should be. The website is poorly thought out, often ambiguous and doesn't always tell you what you need to know. If you have two credit cards with slight variations on your name you may find purchases held up and/or your account put on hold while they check it out (which may mean larger orders can't be placed). It all gets to be a bit of a pain after a while.
Their assisted purchase service is useful, but seems to take longer than it should to get the order placed, which doesn't work very well if you want to take advantage of a special offer. You may also find by the time they place the order a couple of days later that some of the items you want are out of stock.
Consolidation and repackaging is a nice feature in principle, and the service rates are fine, but it's risky. They badly screwed up my first consolidated package. They left out two of my items, included another item from someone else. Fortunately they remedied those issues at their expense.
However, they packed an unprotected clothing item against another item featuring sharp-pointed buttons (packaged in thin plastic). The package was packed very full, and the sharp points appear to have damaged the fabric on the unprotected item in transit. They claimed it must have been the eBay merchant's fault, despite the damage matching the sharp points - and the merchant having a stellar reputation and meticulous attention to detail, and reporting that it was undamaged when it was sent. I can't prove they caused the damage to their satisfaction - because only they know what condition the item was in when they received it. They refused to reimburse me or replace the damaged item.
Don't ask them to repack any item you can't afford to lose or replace - at your expense.

I am sorry for the problems with credit card payment, but have to be very careful due to the fraud with credit cards. That's why we review payments with discrepancies.
I am glad you noticed our low shipping rates. We really work very hard to offer the best possible deal to our customers. All savings on shipping are passed to customers.
Regarding the re-packing we give two options. Leave original packaging or remove everything to allow maximum savings. We are very careful to pack correctly.
Every customer can choose which packages to pack together and we can do it as they wish.
