In 2008, I did move my furniture from France to USA and used EuroUsa France. 5m3 moved by boat within two months. I was satisfied by their services.
In June 2010, I called this company back for sending 1m3 of stuffs from Paris to Tennessee...After I paid 1100 euros/1600 USD, I stayed two months without news. I called them back and received an invoice with an extra $148 cost to pay for a customs inspection of the container...no proof, no explanation about the reason I had to pay an inspection for a container tjhat I didn't fill up with only 10 parcels of clothes & books...just an invoice by email to pay if I wanted my stuffs.
After I paid, I was still obliged to call back and send several emails for pushing them to do the delivery...
They promised the delivery end of September. We wait but nobody came.
Then, they confirmed another date...they still don't keep their work and I still lost one day of work to wait for nothing. The delivery came the 6th of October....nearly 4 months after the moving in Paris, France!
Euro Usa France announced a delivery within 2 up to 2 1/2 months...never 4 months! And if I didn't do many recalls, I will still wait my delivery. It seems they fully forget my order after they cleared my personal checks and didn't care of my order. Terrible customer service. No communication. Very Bad.
The only guys who did a good job were the movers who picked up/dropped off the 10 parcels.
