The movers showed up 5.5 hours late. They were subcontractors and we were not notified there would be subcontractors. Went to the wrong city and then the wrong place when they got to the city. They were rude (to the point of swearing at us because they had lost half a day) and then when we arrived at our new house, they charged us double without producing a weight slip to verify their claim that they had made a mistake on their estimate. We complained to management via email and never received a response.

For the information of anyone who sees this before the company lies again, we did not create the second entry. We did book through Alberta movers, we did pay double and the service was terrible. Now, they are creating false emails. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!
