In one phrase I can some this company up, "Terrible customer service". If you are looking for freight or anything save your money, pay a little more and go to a better site. Worst experience I have ever had with a Company.

They offer a toll-free number and live chat for members to get help and have thousands of loads posted daily. So I just don't get "Skylar's" comments?!?!? Anyways, I have been with 123Loadboard for 8 months and love'em.

I agree with the one prase earlier! Customer Service is rediculous! By far the worst experience I have ever had. The charged me for 7 months after I cancelled the services and now will not talk to me or return my calls. Their rep got rude on the phone.
